Help with the iOS app, Preview Data, accessibility, saved places, routes, and private Safety Notes.

Before You Send

Please include the app version, iOS version, affected screen, whether Preview Data was shown, and the shortest steps that reproduce the problem.

Do not include passwords, API keys, Apple credentials, exact home addresses, live coordinates, names of private individuals, license plates, or other sensitive personal information.

Safety Boundary

Safe Traveling is not an emergency service and does not dispatch help. In immediate danger, contact the official emergency service for your confirmed region.

Private Safety Notes stay on the device and are not sent to police, moderators, a community feed, or an alerts feed.
